Tulip Bulbs for sale in Amsterdam Did you know that in the 1600′s Amsterdam was at the height of Tulip Mania? Apparently the tulip bulb of 1637 was the beanie baby of 1995, with Tulip prices climbing to astronomical heights before suddenly dropping. I’m not making this up. Giving into Temptation in Amsterdam
When I started planning my trip to Amsterdam, I knew I would be faced with temptation. Temptation to indulge in something that is probably not all that great for me. Home of the Dutch East India Company, the city’s ports saw thousands upon thousands sailors come and go as spices were brought from the Far East.
